A little spacewine?

A dozen bottles of Chateau Petrus Pomerol recently completed a 438-day, 19-hour stay on the International Space Station. Now, one of the $5,000 bottles has been uncorked and tasted for the first time. Several wine experts who sampled a glass of the ‘#spacewine‘ said it was delicious and perhaps two to three years more evolved due to its time floating 254 miles above the earth. “There were more floral aromatics and the tannins were a bit softer and more evolved” said one of the lucky tasters. #wakeupimagine #oenphiles #space #wines
